Both a histogram and a stem-and-leaf plot are ways to represent the data available.
The stem-and-leaf plot has an advantage over the histogram as, unlike the histogram, the stem-and-leaf plot contains the original values of the data.
However, some data are somehow difficult to organize using stem-and-leaf plot (disadvantage).
