[tex] \frac{3.25}{2lbs} = \frac{x}{4lbs} \\ \frac{3.25}{2} * \frac{2}{2} = \frac{x}{4} \\ \frac{3.25 * 2}{2*2} = \frac{x}{4} \\ 3.25*2 = x \\ x = 6.50[/tex]
It will cost $6.50 for four pounds of plums.

Hope this helps!
