Is 3+ (-4) the same as -4 + 3

Addition uses the commutative property which means that the answer/result is the same even if you switch things around

3+ (-4) = -1 and -4+3 =-1

So as shown, the answer is the same so that means yes, they are the same numbers with the same results but are simply in a different order.
