Given  f(x)= -3g(x) -2h(x) + 3, find the derivative, f '(x):

f '(x) = -2g '(x) - 2h '(x)

Substituting the given values for g '(3) and h '(3):

f '(x) = -2(8) - 2(6) = -16 - 12 = -28 (answer)
