First of all, portion sizes are vastly different. We eat a lot more than other countries here in America, and breakfasts are considerably bigger. Secondly, the food is much less healthy. Have you ever heard of a Continental Breakfast? If you have, it doesn't consist of many things bad for you. That's because it isn't an intended American Breakfast. Hope this helps!
