It dropped by 25 degrees (I'm assuming they are both either Celsius or Fahrenheit). 25 is a third of 75 (75/3 = 25). So, the answer will be letter a.

Answer:

75 into 3 parts would br 25, 50, 75. Each number has 25 in between each other. If the temperature dropped to 50 it dropped by 25 degrees which is equal to 1 part out of 3 so our fraction is 1/3. This equals 33 1/3%
