Docetist are religious group of
people following the doctrine of Docetism (Dokētaí=illusionists), based on the
phenomenon on Christ being both human and God. This particular doctrine denies
Christ’s historical and bodily existence and claims it to be an illusion.
Therefore, Docetist say that Christ didn’t repay for sins as he wasn’t even
alive. Action and beliefs of Docetist have arisen concern over the figurative
or literal meaning of sentence “The World was made of Flesh” (Gospel of Jon).
