Hello,
To find out if the ordered pair is a solution to the inequality substitute x and y of the ordered pair into the problem.
y≥−6x−3
Solution:
-2≥−6(1)−3
-2
≥-6-3
-2≥-9
-2 is greater than -9. Thus,
(1,-2) is a solution of y≥−6x−3.
Faith xoxo
