Considering that the points labeld are (-4,-1) and (1.5, 2) this is how you find the equation of the line:

slope, m = (- 1 - 2) / ( - 4 - 1.5) = - 3 / - 5.5 = 6/11

Equation: [ y - (- 1) ] = (6/11) [ x - (-4)]

=> 11(y + 1) = 6(x + 4)

=> 11y + 11 = 6x + 24

=> 6x - 11 y + 13 = 0

=> 6x - 11y = - 13 <----- answer
