Start off by putting the equation in point slope form (y-y1=m(x-x1) and substitute in the information you have so far.
y - 7 = -2(x - 6)
Distribute the -2(x-6)
y - 7 = -2x + 12
Add the 7
y = -2x + 19 is your final answer!
