First, let`s set up the ratio. 5 is the sum of 3 and 2.

3:2:5 = l:w:60

To find the length and width, just multiply 3 and 2 by 12 (because 5x12=60)

3:2:5=36:24:60

The length is 36 ft and the width is 24 ft.
