Well theres no really picture to this, but I can give you the timezones, so If its 6pm in Lousiana, this state is in Central time zone, so lets say its 6pm, then for Pacific timezone its 4pm, mountain its 5pm and eastern its 7pm. So just look at the states timezones and match them that way
