-5x+3y = 6
x-y = 4 ⇒ ×3 ⇒ 3x-3y = 12

-5x+3y = 6
3x-3y = 12
------------------
-5x+3x+3y-3y = 6+12
-2x+0 = 18
-2x = 18
x = 18/-2
x = -9

x-y = 4
-9-y = 4
-y = 4+9
-y = 13
y = -13
