Part A: You need 9 oranges. (2 ounces*9=18 ounces=2 1/4 Cups)

Part B: You need 2 pounds 13 ounces worth of oranges. (9 Oranges = 5 Ounces in weight. 9*5=45 oz=2 pounds 13 ounces)
